This website is operated by NOVUS Digital Solutions, a United States business (collectively, “NOVUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). NOVUS is in an initial commercial stage and provides information about operational intelligence and visual AI solutions primarily for organizations in the United States.

For this website, NOVUS determines why and how the personal information described below is used. A separate customer agreement may identify an additional or different legal entity for a paid project.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website.

• Inquiry information: full name, company name, work email, facility location, employee range, preferred language, and consent record.
• Operational qualification information: industry, assets or areas of interest, operational priority, camera status, expected timeline, and the NOVUS solution suggested by the website.
• Attribution information: the page from which the inquiry was sent, referring page, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term when present.
• Optional analytics information after consent: page and session activity, approximate location, browser, device, and interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or form contents to Google Analytics.
• Security and delivery information processed by our infrastructure provider, such as IP address, request metadata, device or browser signals, and security events needed to deliver and protect the website.
• Messages and account information handled by WhatsApp when you choose to continue the conversation on that service.

3. Why we use information and our legal bases

Where a law requires a particular legal basis, we rely on consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, or compliance with law, as applicable. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

• To respond to inquiries, prepare a demonstration, recommend a practical starting point, and take steps requested before a possible business relationship.
• To store and manage a submitted lead based on your affirmative request and consent.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the website based on our legitimate operational and security interests and legal obligations.
• To measure website use and improve content only when you have affirmatively accepted optional analytics.

4. Analytics and consent

Google Analytics 4 is optional on this website. Its tag is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration.

If you decline or later withdraw consent, NOVUS disables Analytics for the browser and attempts to remove the first-party Analytics cookies used by this website. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to your request, protect rights and security, or comply with law. Current categories of recipients are:

• Cloudflare, which provides website delivery, security, hosting, and database infrastructure.
• Google Analytics, only after analytics consent, for aggregated website measurement.
• WhatsApp/Meta, when you voluntarily open or send a message through WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes that interaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction counterparties only when legally required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, or corporate purposes, subject to appropriate protections.

6. No sale, targeted advertising, or remarketing

NOVUS does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use this website for targeted advertising or remarketing. We do not receive money for personal information. If these practices change, we will update this notice and implement any consent and opt-out controls required before using information for those purposes.

Because NOVUS does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, a browser-based opt-out preference signal does not trigger a different advertising use on this website. We will reassess this if our practices change.

7. International processing

The website is directed primarily to the United States but may be accessed from other countries. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Where legally required, we rely on contractual, organizational, or other approved safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Retention

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Inactive inquiry records are generally reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an ongoing relationship, legal requirement, security need, or dispute requires longer retention.

Analytics retention is controlled in Google Analytics and applies only to consented analytics data. Security logs and infrastructure records follow the shorter operational schedules set by our providers or required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and NOVUS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the inquiry process. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the website and information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, validation, abuse controls, and managed infrastructure. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information, government identifiers, medical information, payment-card data, passwords, or confidential industrial footage through the public inquiry form or WhatsApp.
