1. Acceptance and audience

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The site is intended for adults acting for themselves or as authorized representatives of a business. It is not directed to children.

2. Early-stage information; no offer

NOVUS is in an initial commercial stage. Website descriptions, demonstrations, images, suggested solutions, availability, integrations, performance expectations, and roadmaps are informational and may change. They are not a binding offer, guarantee, service-level commitment, safety certification, or promise that a product is suitable for a particular facility.

Any paid evaluation, pilot, deployment, support service, data-processing arrangement, price, or performance commitment requires a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.

3. Operational and AI limitations

Computer-vision and AI outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect because of camera position, lighting, occlusion, connectivity, model limitations, environmental conditions, or other factors. Website recommendations are preliminary and require technical discovery and human review.

NOVUS information and outputs must not be used as the sole basis for emergency response, life-safety controls, regulatory compliance, employment decisions, disciplinary action, or another decision that materially affects a person’s rights. Organizations remain responsible for workplace safety, human oversight, notices, permissions, camera governance, and compliance with laws applicable to their facilities and workforce.

4. Your submissions

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only information you are authorized to share, and not to include sensitive personal information, passwords, payment data, confidential industrial materials, or third-party personal data that is unnecessary for an inquiry.

You grant NOVUS permission to use submitted inquiry information to respond, evaluate the proposed use case, maintain appropriate business records, and communicate about the request as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party to enter a transaction.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not violate law, infringe rights, impersonate another person, or submit misleading information.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at harmful volume, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit website content or technology except where a mandatory law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the website to develop or support surveillance, discrimination, unlawful profiling, or other harmful activities.

6. Intellectual property

The website, NOVUS name and branding, text, graphics, interfaces, software, models, demonstrations, and other content are owned by NOVUS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy of public materials solely to evaluate NOVUS. No other license is granted.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to services such as WhatsApp and may rely on providers such as Cloudflare and Google Analytics. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. NOVUS does not control their independent services and is not responsible for their availability or content.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and its informational features are provided “as is” and “as available.” NOVUS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVUS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, operational interruption, or losses arising from reliance on preliminary website information. For claims arising solely from use of the free public website, NOVUS’s aggregate liability will not exceed USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features, restrict abusive access, or update these terms. Updated terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the NOVUS website operator and the transaction or activity at issue, without overriding mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence or operation. Any dispute must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties later agree in writing to another process. A customer contract may contain different governing-law and dispute provisions.
